The school

What leadership and the office need under control.

Pupils and families. A complete record per pupil: guardians and contacts, allergies and diet, medical notes, and the people allowed to collect them, with ID and photo.
Staff and permissions. Leadership, office, teachers and support staff, each seeing only what is theirs. New staff join with a QR code and your approval.
Attendance. Roll call per class, entry and exit register, and the absences, late arrivals and pickups families report from the app.
Receipts and unpaid. Concepts and prices, receipts per family as PDFs, unpaid tracking and export. Collection stays with the school, as it always has.
Help and support. A help centre inside the back office and a direct line to the Aulia team.

The classroom

What the teaching team does every day, from a phone or a computer.

Daily agenda (Early Years). Meals, naps, nappies, what to bring and a note home — in seconds, for the whole class. Families see it the same day.
Photos and albums. Albums per class, uploaded from the phone and shared privately only with each child’s family.
Menus and allergies. The week’s menu, with the variant each child actually eats and per-child allergy alerts.
Reports and assessment. Early Years reports with the age-band assessment grid, and Primary report cards as PDFs, ready for families.
Parent meetings. Each teacher opens slots and families book from the app; the timetable fills itself, with reminders for both sides.

The families

Notices and circulars. To the whole school, a class or specific pupils; with attachments, scheduled or right away.
Signed consent forms. Trips, photos, medication: families sign from the phone, Aulia reminds whoever is missing and keeps the evidence and a PDF certificate.
Messages. Private conversations between the family and the teacher, organised by pupil.
Calendar. Holidays, meetings and trips for each class, with automatic reminders and a calendar feed families can subscribe to.
