Aulia is school-management software that makes a school’s day to day easier and improves how it communicates with families. We started in Barcelona and we’re already inside real schools.
We’re a tiny team and we hire slowly: every person changes the company. That’s why this door stays open, even when nothing posted today fits you.
It’s read and answered by Daniel, founder of Aulia. No filters, no automated process in between.
Profiles I’m always interested in
- Product and engineering. The family app, the school back office and everything behind them.
- Product design. Making a tool that gets opened every day at eight in the morning clear, fast and pleasant.
- Sales and business development. Opening new schools, in Catalonia and beyond.
- School support. Getting schools up and running, helping teaching teams and being there when something breaks.
- Marketing and content. Explaining well what we do to the person who decides inside a school.

How we work
Side by side, without hierarchies. We talk to schools, listen to what hurts and fix it in days, not quarters. Hybrid, based in Barcelona: little formality, a lot of commitment.
What I value
- Initiative. Nobody here is going to hand you a task list each morning.
- Listening before talking. Schools teach us what needs building.
- Craft. The qualification doesn’t matter: show me something you made and are proud of.
- Catalan and Spanish. We work with Catalan schools every day.
